Boot Camp Workouts for February

Shock your body with Ladder Intervals at Fitness Boot Camp this month…

As you probably already know, the typical interval workout features a single interval protocol with a preset work and rest period.

For example, a 30-30 interval workout consists of alternating between 30 seconds of exercise and 30 seconds of rest. This is an example of a 1:1 work to rest ratio.

Are you getting the results you deserve? If you’re not, then don’t despair and give up all hope. It may not be entirely your fault…because you have been lied to!!

Is it a Boot Camp World Record…??

Workout Worldwide was a fantastic event where Fitness Boot Camp was asked to host a boot camp workout that would coincide with other boot camp locations worldwide all exercising at the same time!!

This marked an official attempt to get into Guinness Book of World Records for the largest simultaneous boot camp workout ever performed.
