Most people’s exercise routines go into hibernation during the winter months. We eat more and we exercise less…and justify it with all sorts of things like:
- it’s too cold or too dark to exercise
- I need to eat more to give my body more energy to stay warm during winter

Change is inevitable…it happens all the time. Things change…people change. But, most people don’t like to change.
Last week Friday, my daughter, Katie (2 years old) did not want to change. Now, the change she didn’t want to make was “out of her pajamas and into her clothes to go to school”.

This morning’s boot camp was the perfect demonstration of “unstoppable motivation”.
If you live in Cape Town, you awoke this morning to a torrential downpour. It was raining so hard I could hardly see as i was driving to boot camp at 05h40 this morning.

These guys were setting steel pillars in concrete to prevent vehicles from parking on the pavement. They are now cleaning up after a hard days work and a job “well done”. How long do you think it will be before they realise where their vehicle is parked…?
