Please tell me YOU plan better than this…?!
Having a plan is crucial…Sticking to it is even more important.
Check out these poor guys…

These guys were setting steel pillars in concrete to prevent vehicles from parking on the pavement. They are now cleaning up after a hard days work and a job “well done”. How long do you think it will be before they realise where their vehicle is parked…?
Now, I am not sure whether these guys:
1). Had a PLAN, but just didn’t stick to it…
2). Had NO PLAN
3). Had NO IDEA…?!
Either way they now have a big problem.
Many of us adopt the same approach with our health and fitness. And only wake up when we really have a problem…
The lesson:
1). Make a plan to improve your health and fitness…NOW
2). Stick to the plan
3). Ask for help
