The year of the 2010 workout is here…this is probably one of the quickest and most effective ways to workout in 2010 with 20-10′s.

Let me explain that:

With the 20-10 workout you exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this sequence 8 times for 4 total minutes. Then rest for one minute and then repeat this 5 minute circuit 4 times for a 20 minute intense fitness and fat loss workout.
