This is the official way to workout in 2010…

The year of the 2010 workout is here…this is probably one of the quickest and most effective ways to workout in 2010 with 20-10’s.

Let me explain that:

With the 20-10 workout you exercise for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Repeat this sequence 8 times for 4 total minutes. Then rest for one minute and then repeat this 5 minute circuit 4 times for a 20 minute intense fitness and fat loss workout.
