See You on the Other Side…?

What you are about to read sounds like something out of a Hollywood disaster movie…okay, maybe a “mini-disaster” movie…

But, I was reminded about such a valuable lesson by none other than those closest to me…

If you live in Cape Town, you awoke this morning to a torrential downpour. It was raining so hard I could hardly see as i was driving to boot camp at 05h40 this morning.

How to Workout when it seems impossible

It’s saturday morning…

My wife, Angela has gone to work (she is a physio and works at one of the local hospitals). Dad is left to look after the kids (Katie, 2 years old and Liam, 5 years old).

But, Dad also wants to get in a workout…hmmm. Want to know what I did…??

Boot Camp Workout of the Week

Here is our fitness boot camp workout of the week:

It is a great way to get a full body workout while mixing up your exercise and ensuring you have a bit of fun…

Get a normal pack of playing cards. Shuffle them and put them close by. Each suit of card represents a different exercise category within your workout:

You can still eat amazing food when trying to lose body fat and build muscle.

And, if you are anything like me, you are just itching to sink your teeth into that burger and chips…

These guys were setting steel pillars in concrete to prevent vehicles from parking on the pavement. They are now cleaning up after a hard days work and a job “well done”. How long do you think it will be before they realise where their vehicle is parked…?
