2). Register to join the event and make a R170 to R190 donation to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of South Africa

Here is what you get when you register for this option:

  • Entry to the workout event on 9 January at 18h00 (at UCT)
  • FREE 4 week trial to Fitness Boot Camp
  • “Drop a Dress Size (or Pants Size) in 21 Days” Fitness Programme (exercise workouts, mp3 workout music tracks, video iPod workouts)
  • An opportunity to play a part in setting a Guinness World Record
  • An oppotunity to win a FREE 3, 6 or 12 month membership to Fitness Boot Camp

On the page there are a few donation options from which to choose. Please note that the payments are represented in US dollars ($10 or $24). This is because the organising boot camp programme is in Milwaukee, United States and they are collecting all the funds via Paypal. Don’t worry, your full donation will get to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of South Africa.
