Robin Buck - Fitness & Fat Loss Expert

Robin Buck is the founder and creator of the Fitness Boot Camp Programme. He has a passion for helping people be more, do more and have more in their lives and is always looking for ways to add more value.

Robin has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physiotherapy and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist. He is also supported by a team of experts who work around the clock to ensure that Fitness Boot Camp has access to some of the most advanced exercise and nutrition strategies available to help its clients maximise their fat loss, lean muscle gain and fitness results.

Emily Ryan - DieticianEmily Innes is who we call on when we need help with the nutrition strategies. She has a passion for partnering with people to help and inspire them to make dietary and lifestyle changes to improve their health and wellbeing. She enjoys working with people and looking into their individual health needs, to help them become the best version of themselves that they can be.

Emily has a degree in Human Nutrition (Bsc. Dietetics) from Stellenbosch University and is a registered dietitian.

She is able to give expert dietary advice and personal meal plans to assist you with your weight management and health needs. She is also able to provide dietary advice for a number of health conditions such as diabetes, insulin resistance, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cancer, gastrointestinal disorders, HIV, sports nutrition, eating disorders and poly cystic ovarian syndrome.

BJ Gaddour: Probably one of the best boot camp business owners in the world, BJ has revolutionised the industry with his passion to deliver some amazing exercise training resources. Robin, BJ and a number of other boot camp business owners around the world regularly chat to each other about what works and what doesn’t. They then help each other implement the best tools and resources in the industry to get their clients the results they deserve.

Jayson Hunter: Registered dietitian and personal fitness trainer who has over ten years of experience and has probably seen just about every gimmick, fad diet and miracle pill that you may have tried to lose fat fast. And while these “solutions” may have worked for the short-term they often result in long-term disaster by wreaking havoc on your metabolism. Jayson is the creator of our weight loss programme, “The Carb Rotation Diet” that is designed to not only get you results, but teach you how to permanently keep the weight off.

Pat Rigsby: The co-owner of several businesses in the fitness industry including the Fitness Consulting Group and the International Youth Conditioning Association. Pat has been instrumental in the implementation of many of the business systems within Fitness Boot Camp that enable Robin and his team to focus on delivering great results consistently to clients.

Bruce Wade: Runs the Entrepreneurial Incubator and has played a significant role in streamlining many of the business and communication systems within Fitness Boot Camp. Bruce has always maintained that relationships are the most important aspect of any business and it is this that has left its mark on Fitness Boot Camp as Robin and his team endeavour to bring the personal training aspect to group exercise and boot camp training.

“The Pete’s”: Peter Carruthers and Peter Bowen (aka “The Pete’s”) run Global Warriors that has helped Fitness Boot Camp create a web presence and feature on the front page of Google.
