Our theme for this month is: “the one sided argument for amazing abs” and we have been focusing on exercises that can be done on one side (left or right) at a time. Now, our exercise of the month for March at Fitness Boot Camp is not only a unilateral exercise, but it is also a full body exercise that works you from head to toe and really targets the abs too!

At boot camp this month we are going to be focusing on our abs!!

Not a day seems to go by that some new crazy abdominal exercise or gadget hits the market promising us quick and easy results.

Last week I had a craving for a hamburger, so I listened to the craving…And managed to eat and enjoy a superb hamburger all while going “Low Carb”…

Rather than go and grab a burger from McDonalds, Steers or the Wimpy, I decided to make my own…which turned out to be a lot healthier and more nutritious.
